Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant PTA

Deliver Home Health Physical Therapy services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Supervisor. Provide therapeutic exercises and activities delegated by the Physical Therapist, including gait training, mobility, ROM, transfers, strengthening, prosthetic training, and adaptive equipment. Accurately document patient progress, participate in regular team meetings, and review/modify treatment plans with the licensed PT. Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned. Requires PTA program graduation, an active Virginia PTA license, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; must follow agency policies and work effectively as part of a care team. Location is Fairfax, Virginia, with in-person service delivery.
