Job Summary
The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will deliver physical therapy services in the home setting, assisting in identifying patient goals and implementing interventions to improve functional and mobility needs. This role involves providing evidence-based treatments, creating individualized care plans, and educating patients to engage in their recovery. A Texas PTA license is mandatory, along with CPR certification and professional liability insurance. Previous experience in a home health or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

- Current CPR certification
