Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant - PPV

Work one-on-one with patients in their homes to help them gain strength and independence for daily living activities like going to church or gardening. Provide physical therapy support under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to facilitate participation in desired daily routines. Maintain current CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination while holding a Bachelor or Associate degree from an accredited school.
