Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility. Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function. Monitor patient progress and document responses to ensure safe, effective care. Teach patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs. Work closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience. Provide individualized care that restores mobility and independence for patients in the San Marcos and Buda areas under physician supervision.
