Job Summary
Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant providing management and delivery of patient care plans in a team-based home health setting in Myerstown, PA and surrounding areas. Requires an Associate degree in physical therapy, an active Physical Therapist Assistant license/registration, and the ability to drive to patient locations (~20% of the day). Previous experience in acute care and/or rehabilitation is preferred; home health experience is a plus. Proficiency with tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software is expected. The role includes engaging with a supportive team, ongoing onboarding and education resources, and compliance with background screening and authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or technical school
- Current license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state you work
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~20% of day to/from patient locations
- Experience in acute care and/or rehabilitative settings preferred; home health experience preferred
- Proficiency with tablets, mobile devices and EMR software
- Drug screen as part of background process
- Authorized to work in the United States
