Work one-on-one with patients in their homes to help them gain strength and independence for daily living activities like working in a garden or attending church. Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists within the home health setting. Maintain current CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination status. Requires a Bachelor or Associate Degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy with at least one year of experience in home health.
