Job Summary

Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual exercises, therapeutic massage, and various modalities such as traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical treatments. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly, while applying infection control and universal precautions during all patient care activities. Coordinate department in-services, notify supervisors of equipment failures or supply shortages, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to help patients regain strength and independence. This role requires a current state license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification, with an annual pay range of $64,000 to $87,500.
