Job Summary
Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients onsite in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, and various modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly while applying infection control and universal precautions. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff and client changes. Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services. Maintain a valid state license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Schedule 40 weekly hours with a pay range of $93,000 to $128,000 annually.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
