Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, and various modalities like heat, cold, water, and electrical treatments. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly while applying infection control and universal precautions. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes. Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services. Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for onsite visits.
