Job Summary
Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly while applying infection control and universal precautions. Coordinate department in-services and notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director regarding equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes. Requires current state license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and fluency in English. Full-time 40-hour schedule with annual base pay ranging from $64,000 to $87,500.
Required Qualifications

- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
