Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients working onsite in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, and various modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes while applying infection control and universal precautions. This role is patient-facing and requires a valid state license, current CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle with proper insurance. Pay is $64,000 - $87,500 annually for 40 weekly hours. Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
