Job Summary
Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly. Coordinate department in-services, notify supervisors of equipment failures or supply shortages, and apply infection control and universal precautions during patient care. Requires current state license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and experience with geriatric populations. Full-time 40-hour schedule with base pay ranging from $64,000 to $87,500 annually.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
