Job Summary
Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, and various modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly while coordinating department in-services and notifying supervisors of equipment or supply issues. Apply infection control and universal precautions during all patient care activities. This role requires a current state license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Pay is $57,600 to $78,800 annually for 40 weekly hours.
