Job Summary
Administer physical therapy treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly while applying infection control and universal precautions during patient care. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence from the comfort of their homes. Notify supervisors of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes. Requires current state license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications

- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
