Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly while applying infection control and universal precautions. Coordinate department in-services and notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes. Requires a current state license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and fluency in English. Full-time 40-hour schedule with base pay ranging from $64,000 to $87,500 annually.
