Administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly while applying infection control and universal precautions. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes. Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services. Requires current state license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and fluency in English. Full-time 40-hour schedule with annual pay range of $64,000 - $87,500.
