Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients onsite in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes. Apply infection control and universal precautions in all patient care activities. Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services. Requires current state license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and fluency in English. Full-time 40-hour schedule with annual pay ranging from $64,000 to $87,500.
