Job Summary
Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients working onsite in their homes, including non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, and various modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff/client changes while applying infection control and universal precautions. Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services. Requires a current state license to practice Physical Therapy, valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Pay range $64,000 - $87,500 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population
- Read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must be screened for TB
- Must maintain personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with state minimum required limits or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher
