Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Administer the physical therapy treatment plan to patients onsite in their homes, executing non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities. Document client records and submit clinical documentation to the office weekly, while applying infection control and universal precautions during all patient care activities. Notify the Physical Therapist or Branch Director regarding equipment failures, supply shortages, or staff and client changes. Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services.
