Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Deliver in-home physical therapy services as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, cold, water, and electrical modalities; document client records and submit clinical documentation weekly; attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services; report equipment issues or changes to the Physical Therapist or Branch Director; apply infection control and universal precautions; contribute to improving patients' strength, mobility and independence in the home setting.
