Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute physical therapy treatments for geriatric and post-surgical home health patients, focusing on balance, home safety, ROM, and strength training. Deliver 1 to 7 points of care daily, prioritizing patient care over documentation while utilizing easy laptop systems. Work unsupervised across Benton Park, Kayandee, Westchester, and surrounding areas, shadowing senior PTs for mentorship and receiving full orientation. Requires CA licensure, CPR certification, and recent physical therapy experience.
