Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to determine rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and mobility aids. Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with caregivers. This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling, where you can freely choose coverage areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
