Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and functional levels while administering, evaluating, and interpreting tests to determine functional goals. Deliver occupational therapy services in compliance with physician orders and maintain the plan of care through timely documentation, goal modification, and discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to optimize patient well-being and coordinate care services. Supervise other personnel where applicable and complete OASIS assessments as permitted by state regulations. Full-time Monday through Friday visits in North Brevard territory with a $10K sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR
- Full-time visits needed Monday - Friday
- Territory: North Brevard
