Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one, client-centered therapy in patients’ homes, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and assisting clients in daily activities. Responsibilities include demonstrating therapeutic exercises, assessing home environments, educating family members, recommending adaptive equipment, and documenting client progress. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, active Virginia OT license, 2+ years of experience (preferably in Home Health), and current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Virginia OT license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field (Home Health preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills
