Job Summary
Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop customized treatment plans for the geriatric community. Implement therapeutic activities to improve motor function, coordination, and mobility while educating patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain detailed patient records and progress reports on the day of the visit. Earn $60-70 per visit with PTO, a travel time stipend, and a continued education allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with home health / geriatric community preferred
