Job Summary
Provides occupational therapy services in home health settings to build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills and independence. Develops, implements and evaluates the plan of care in partnership with client, caregiver(s) and physician; delivers direct OT services; educates clients and families in rehabilitation activities; documents observations and evaluations; selects activities to develop work and life-management skills; recommends environmental changes; engages in research and training activities; PRN/per diem role available; CT OT license required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
