Job Summary
In-home occupational therapy for homebound patients across a broad California territory. Provide skilled OT care including ADL/IADL assessments, home safety evaluations, and development of adaptive strategies with energy conservation and functional strengthening. Manage and schedule visits based on caseload and availability, and collaborate with a care team to ensure a holistic plan of care. EMR documentation is handled via TherapySync, with referrals, authorizations, and billing managed on the company side to support clinicians. Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required. Territory includes South Bay to South Central LA with flexibility to focus on preferred neighborhoods or adjacent areas.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
