Job Summary
Provide in-home occupational therapy to homebound geriatric patients in Sacramento County and surrounding areas. Perform in-home assessments addressing ADLs and IADLs, develop adaptive strategies and treatment plans focused on energy conservation, adaptive equipment use, and functional strengthening for daily tasks. Schedule and conduct visits based on your caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, and document care using TherapySync EMR. Requires California OT license, CPR/BLS, driver’s license with auto insurance, and up-to-date TB test; physical requirements and any applicable professional liability and business licenses may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
