Job Summary
Provide in-home occupational therapy to homebound geriatric patients in Sacramento County. Perform in-home ADL and instrumental ADL assessments, address home safety, and develop adaptive strategies and personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation and use of adaptive equipment. Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your caseload and availability. Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure a holistic plan of care. Requires CA OT license, CPR/BLS, driver’s license, auto insurance, and recent TB test; may require professional liability and business license where applicable. The role offers flexibility and includes use of TherapySync EMR and management of referrals, authorizations, and billing handled by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
