Job Summary
In-home occupational therapy services across Sacramento-area communities. Provide skilled OT care including ADL and IADL assessments, develop adaptive strategies, energy-conservation techniques, and home-safety improvements. Manage and schedule patient home visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure documentation accuracy using TherapySync EMR. Must maintain licensure in California and CPR/BLS certification, with a valid driver’s license for mobile in-home visits and any applicable liability/business licenses. Join a flexible, app-enabled home health network and contribute to coordinated care plans for diverse geriatric patients in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical TB test within the last year
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
