Job Summary
Home Health Occupational Therapist role providing in-home OT care across a broad Los Angeles area with in-home ADL/IADL assessments, home safety evaluations, and adaptive strategies. Develop personalized treatment plans emphasizing energy conservation, adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening; schedule and conduct patient visits based on your preferred caseload; collaborate with a care team. Requires a valid California OT license, CPR/BLS certification, driver’s license with auto insurance, and up-to-date TB test; professional liability and business license if applicable. Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations within a flexible geographic territory and utilize TherapySync EMR for documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
