Job Summary
Provide skilled in-home occupational therapy for homebound geriatric patients in Sacramento County. Perform in-home ADL and IADL assessments, develop adaptive strategies and energy-conservation-focused treatment plans, and implement functional strengthening and home safety interventions. Schedule and conduct patient visits based on caseload and availability; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Must hold a valid California OT license, CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and complete a TB test (within the last year); professional liability and business license may be required depending on situation. Flexible, home-based clinical role focusing on independence and patient-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
