Job Summary
Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living and home safety, then develop personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation and adaptive equipment. Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability while collaborating with a supportive team for coordinated care. Provide skilled OT care to homebound geriatric patients across Los Angeles neighborhoods including Echo Park, Hollywood, and Silverlake. You must hold a valid California Occupational Therapist license, CPR or BLS certification, and a driver's license with auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver's license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
