Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living, instrumental ADLs, and home safety for geriatric patients. Develop adaptive strategies focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks. Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability while collaborating with a supportive team for coordinated care. Manage credentials, patient management, scheduling, and invoicing through our all-in-one clinician app, with TherapySync handling documentation needs. This role spans a diverse territory from South Bay beach cities to South Central LA, offering geographic flexibility for clinicians licensed in California.
