Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Perform in-home assessments addressing activities of daily living, instrumental ADLs, and home safety. Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening. Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on preferred caseload and availability while collaborating with a supportive team for coordinated care. This role spans a diverse territory from South Bay to South Central LA, offering geographic flexibility to choose preferred neighborhoods. You must hold a valid California Occupational Therapist license, CPR or BLS certification, and a driver's license with auto insurance. Physical and TB tests are required within the last year.
