Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and functional levels. Administer, evaluate, and interpret tests to determine functional goals and outcomes, then provide written evaluations defining needs, progress, and expected outcomes. Deliver occupational therapy services compliant with physician orders while maintaining care plans through timely documentation and goal modification. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and caregivers to optimize patient well-being, manage discharge planning, and educate families on home exercise plans. Supervise other personnel as applicable and complete OASIS assessments per state regulations. Work Monday through Friday full-time across Clarke, Frederick, and Warren counties.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR
- Valid Drivers License
