Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and functional levels while administering tests to determine goals and outcomes. Deliver occupational therapy services per physician orders, maintain care plans through timely documentation and goal modification, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families. Supervise other personnel as applicable, complete OASIS assessments, and collaborate on discharge planning including educating caretakers on home exercise plans. Work Monday through Friday full-time across Clarke, Frederick, and Warren counties.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program
- Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR
- Valid Drivers License
