Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the physician's plan of care, accepting only patients referred by the patient care manager. Assist the physician in evaluating patient functioning through diagnostic procedures, setting goals, and designing orthotics as indicated by condition. Treat patients using therapeutic activities to restore function and promote independence in self-care, while observing and reporting reaction to treatment and changes in condition to the physician or case manager. This contingent position offers visit rates ranging from $63.00 to $100.00 per visit with mileage reimbursement, plus bonuses based on performance. Candidates must hold an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license and possess reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
