Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the physician's plan of care, accepting only patients referred by the patient care manager. Assist the physician in evaluating the patient's level of functioning through diagnostic procedures, setting goals, and designing orthotics. Treat patients using therapeutic activities to restore function and promote independence, while observing and reporting reaction to treatment and condition changes to the physician and case manager. Requires an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license and auto insurance. Visit rates range from $63.00 to $105.00 per visit with mileage reimbursement, and the position offers a flexible schedule.
