Job Summary
Home Health Occupational Therapist needed to collaborate in a team-based home health setting, delivering and managing patient-care plans for patients in Jacksonville and Springfield, IL and surrounding areas. Requires an OT degree (BS or MS) and active state licensure, with at least one year of healthcare experience. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to spend ~20% of the day driving to patient locations. Proficiency with tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (state licensure where working)
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of time)
- Ability to meet charting deadlines
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
