Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities to determine rehabilitation needs and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide hands-on interventions for activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and adaptive techniques while educating families on assistive devices. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive care. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling where you freely choose covered areas. Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
