Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant

Provide therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist to restore/maintain strength, mobility, and independence for patients in their homes. Assist in implementing vocational/education programs and activities, design/adapt equipment and working/living environments, fabricate devices to improve function, and instruct patients and families on home programs and use of adaptive equipment. Document observations in patient records, prepare progress reports, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure adherence to physician orders and Plan of Treatment, and support documentation requirements. Requires OTA licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. This role is full-time and based in Towson, MD.
