Job Summary
Conduct home health nursing care for older adults across behavioral health and geriatric settings while collaborating with diverse clinicians. Deliver patient-centered care in home environments, managing charting deadlines and utilizing EMR software on tablets and mobile phones. Maintain a current Illinois RN or LPN license, one year of RN experience, and a valid driver's license to spend approximately 100% of the day traveling to patient locations. Operate under a per-visit compensation model with flexible scheduling, supported by a team dedicated to work-life balance and streamlined processes.
Required Qualifications
- Illinois RN or LPN license
- Graduated from an approved school of nursing
- One year of RN experience
- Clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver's license
- Ability to spend ~100% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
