Job Summary
Create and maintain clinician schedules for home health visits based on authorizations, patient needs, and availability. Manage staffing for assigned areas by organizing active patient schedules, routing nurses, and updating EMR systems daily. Keep field staff availability posted and troubleshoot staffing logs while maintaining relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patients. Submit schedules before day's end and report to case managers, operations managers, and the DON. Handle weekend and on-call coordination for RN and LVN staffing.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of experience coordinating patient visits in a home health setting

- Ability to take on-call for coordinating staffing needs, troubleshooting, and guiding the nurses
- Ability to direct and coordinate multiple functions
- Rotating weekends
