Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care to patients in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. Assist in developing and executing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their highest levels of independence. Maintain high-quality care standards across all assigned facilities while supporting the broader Encompass Health Corporation mission.
