Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans to help patients achieve their highest levels of independence. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care across multiple agency settings. Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
