Home Health Nurse RN or LVN

Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care, administer medications and treatments, and maintain real-time charting compliance. Maintain professional relationships with patients and families while assisting clinical leadership during in-home assessments and care coordination. Regular shifts range from 8-12 hours with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Current CPR certification and a Texas nursing license (RN or LVN) are required; pediatric experience is preferred but not required, as substantial paid training is provided. This nurse-owned, Texas-based provider offers a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and prioritizes career growth for new grads.
