Provide skilled pediatric private-duty nursing in-home in Houston, TX, including administering medications, feedings, and treatments per physician plan of care; maintain real-time charting and coordinate care with clinical leadership; build professional relationships with patients and families; flexible full-time/part-time/PRN schedules with 8-12 hour shifts and a 1:1 patient/nurse ratio; must hold TX RN or LVN license and CPR certification; prior pediatric home health experience is preferred but not required, with training provided.
