Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care and maintain compliance standards through real-time charting. Administer medications, feedings, and treatments per the plan while maintaining professional relationships with patients and families. Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments and care coordination. Maintain a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio across all levels of care. Shifts include Monday through Thursday and Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus Saturday and Sunday from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., with Monday and Wednesday evening shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Nurses may select part-time, full-time, or PRN schedules and choose their own families. Current Texas RN or LVN licensure and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license (LVN or RN) to practice in the state of Texas
- Current CPR Certification
