Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing according to the physician-prescribed plan of care and maintain compliance standards through real-time charting. Administer medications, feedings, and treatments per the plan while maintaining professional relationships with patients and families. Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments and care coordination. Maintain a 1:1 patient/nurse ratio across all levels of care. Current CPR Certification and an active Texas nursing license (RN or LVN) are required. New grads are welcome. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles offer flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license (LVN or RN) to practice in the state of Texas
